Job SummaryAvenado Living is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager (Project Brand & Communication Strategist) capable of understanding the ideology, roots, and values of each real estate project and transforming them into strong project themes and brand communication strategies.

The candidate should be capable of developing project narratives, ensuring communication consistency, understanding project documentation, and coordinating with sales, legal, design, and execution teams to ensure smooth project branding and execution.

Key Responsibilities·    

  Design project themes and branding concepts aligned with property values and developer ideology

·      Develop storytelling, communication strategies, and project positioning

·      Understand project layouts, approvals, legal documents, and customer-facing materials

·      Ensure consistency in brochures, presentations, campaigns, and digital communication

·      Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and execution teams for smooth communication flow and understanding the deep roots of the project.

·      Manage project launch campaigns, branding, and customer engagement strategies

·      Oversee digital communication including website, social media, and promotional content

• Required Skills·      
• Strong understanding of real estate branding and communication
• ·      Expertise in storytelling, content strategy, and project positioning
• ·      Ability to understand project documentation and communication requirements
• ·      Strong coordination, presentation, and execution skills
• ·      Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign planning
• ·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in real estate branding and project communication preferred
