Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Own multiple event projects from brief to post-event closure
• Create master timelines, ownership matrices, budgets, risk registers and execution dashboards.
• Run internal and agency reviews; coordinate sales, production, marketing, stage, manpower and vendors.
• Convert issues into decision notes with recommendation, cost impact and deadline.
• Lead venue readiness, rehearsals, event-day command centre and dismantling. Success measures: Milestone adherence, event readiness, budget control, blocker closure and execution quality.
