Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining real estate projects, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, and scheduling property site visits.
Requirements
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.
Hindi/English and/or local language proficiency preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills
Telecalling / customer service / sales experience.
Real estate sales experience will be an advantage.
Lead generation and follow-up skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
