Job Description
Required Malayalam speaking candidates for Contact customers through phone calls, messages, and field visits to follow up on overdue payments.
Explain outstanding dues, payment schedules, and available repayment options to customers.
Negotiate suitable payment arrangements in accordance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and payments.
Follow up regularly on promised payment dates and pending accounts.
Conduct field visits when required to facilitate recovery.
Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
Escalate difficult or disputed accounts to the appropriate supervisor.
Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Submit daily/weekly collection reports to the reporting manager.
Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers at all times.
