🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesProject Supervision: Monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring HVAC systems are installed and serviced as per design and specifications.

• Team Leadership: Assign tasks to technicians, supervise their work, and provide technical guidance.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients, address concerns, and provide progress updates.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Resource Planning: Manage manpower, tools, and materials to meet project deadlines.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update management on project status.
• 📋 Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Diploma in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 0–2 years in HVAC installation, maintenance, or project supervision.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in chillers, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, refrigeration units, and air handling systems.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and motivate staff.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team coordination.
