Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience to help expand our client base and strengthen our market presence. In this role, you will bridge lead generation and direct client acquisition, helping design targeted marketing campaigns while closing deals directly with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Identify prospective leads, conduct cold/warm outreach, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close new business accounts.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, implement, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, email, and social media channels.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact during the sales pipeline.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, track competitor strategies, and collect customer feedback to uncover new market opportunities.
- Content Creation Support: Assist in developing engaging promotional collateral, sales decks, brochures, and campaign messaging.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain client records in the CRM system, track monthly sales targets, and report performance metrics to senior management.
