Site Supervisor

Job Title: Civil Site Engineer / Site Supervisor (Freshers) – Commercial Fit-Outs 

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role:  

We are looking for a Graduate Civil Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee construction and interior fit-out projects for our managed corporate office spaces, flexible workspaces, and commercial properties in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and drive to execute high-quality commercial fit-outs with a focus on timely and budget-conscious delivery. Key Responsibilities: 

Oversee day-to-day site operations and supervise end-to-end execution of civil and interior fit-out works 

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, designers, and internal teams 

Understand client requirements and ensure projects are delivered within stipulated time and budget 

Interpret and execute engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications on site 

Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works coordination and execution 

Arrange and monitor supply of construction materials, equipment, and resources 

Provide technical guidance to contractors and ensure quality standards are maintained 

Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety and design requirements 

Prepare interim and final project reports for management 

Coordinate with designers from concept stage to final handover 

Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates 

Ensure smooth collaboration between civil, interior, and MEP teams 

Candidate Profile & Requirements: 

Experience: Freshers, 0–1 years experience as Civil Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, or Construction Supervisor in commercial / residential fit-out projects 

Proven track record in interior fit-outs, office renovations, and high-end projects 

Excellent knowledge of civil construction, interior fit-out works, and MEP coordination 

Experience in high-end residential villas/premium interiors will be an added advantage 

Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings 

Education: Diploma / Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering 

Excellent communication and coordination skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada 

Self-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player with a flexible approach 

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure 

Preferred: 

Prior experience in commercial office spaces, co-working / flexible workspaces, or Grade A building fit-outs 

Knowledge of latest trends in interior design and construction technologies
