Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise residential construction activities from excavation to finishing.
  • Monitor excavation, foundation, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
  • Read and execute structural and architectural drawings.
  • Check quality, levels, alignment, dimensions and workmanship.
  • Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, vendors and project teams.
  • Monitor material requirements, site progress and daily activities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
  • Ensure proper safety practices and timely completion of work.
  • RequirementsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • 1–4 years of relevant site experience.
  • Residential construction experience preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Two-wheeler/Bike mandatory.
  • Willingness to work across multiple project sites in Bengaluru.
