Shift Supervisor

Role Purpose

To manage the day-to-day shift operations effectively, ensuring excellent customer service, safe working practices, strong sales performance, and complete compliance with Shell standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the team during the assigned shift and ensure adequate manpower deployment.

Ensure smooth forecourt, lube, Deli2Go and NFR operations.

Drive sales, customer service, Shell Asia loyalty and NFR performance during the shift.

Ensure strict compliance with safety, food safety, PPE, housekeeping and operational standards.

Monitor stock, wastage, expiry, secondary shelf life and product availability.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Conduct regular safety and housekeeping checks and report/close gaps proactively.

Ensure all transactions, cash handling and shift handover processes are accurate.

Coach team members on grooming, customer engagement, safety and process compliance.

Maintain shift records and communicate key observations, achievements and action points to the Site Manager.
