💼 About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. The role involves handling qualified leads, understanding business requirements and driving revenue through effective sales conversations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle qualified/warm leads and convert them into customers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend relevant business, taxation, GST, accounting & compliance services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial discussion to negotiation and closure.
• Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Follow up consistently and ensure smooth customer onboarding.

🌟 What We’re Looking For:

• 2 – 6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong sales mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to handle objections and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Candidates from B2B, financial services, SaaS, taxation, accounting or business services backgrounds are preferred.
