• Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries through phone calls and emails
• Follow up with prospective clients and leads
• Maintain lead and customer details in internal systems
• Support the client onboarding process
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required
• Maintain follow-up records and basic reports
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer support
• Fresh graduates can also apply
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Email)
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work from the Koramangala office
• Salary & Benefits₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (CTC)
