🎯 **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
✅ Engage store visitors & drive sales to achieve targets
✅ Live product demonstrations & highlight USPs
✅ Assist customers in choosing the right products
✅ Maintain store display & merchandising standards
✅ Track inventory levels & report sales daily
🎓 **REQUIREMENTS**
• **Education:** 10+2 / Diploma / Any Degree
• **Experience:** 6 months – 2 years in Retail Sales / FMCG / Consumer Durables
• **Languages:** Kannada (Mandatory), English/Hindi (Added advantage)
• High energy, persuasive sales skills, and good grooming
