Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, generate business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Promote residential plots and real estate projects.
- Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Train sales executives and improve team productivity.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and business growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support the sales process until closure.
