MOĒNA is founded by an IIT Kharagpur alumnus with extensive experience in India's top startups and a strong vision to build a leading omnichannel diamond jewellery brand. With plans to open multiple outlets in the coming years, MOĒNA offers early team members a unique opportunity to grow alongside the company.

Key ResponsibilitiesThis role has three equally important pillars: telecalling, retail sales, and merchandising.

1. Telecalling & Lead Follow-up

• Make outbound calls to website and Meta/Instagram leads to convert enquiries into store visits.

Re-engage cold or dropped leads and route qualified ones to in-store appointments.2. Retail Sales

• Greet customers and deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience.
• Recommend pieces based on customer preferences, explaining the 4Cs and care instructions confidently.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and handle packaging/after-sales with professionalism.
• Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

3. Merchandising

• Maintain premium visual merchandising standards — window displays, case layout, and product arrangement — in line with MOĒNA's brand guidelines.
• Ensure store ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation reflect a luxury retail experience at all times.
• Track stock movement on the floor and flag replenishment or display gaps to management.
• Stay updated on jewellery trends, MOĒNA collections, and competitor offerings to keep displays current and relevant.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year in luxury retail, diamond/gold jewellery sales, or telecalling/tele-sales preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for jewellery may apply.

• Education: Minimum 12th pass.
• Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both in person and on the phone.
• Comfort with structured outbound calling and follow-up discipline.
• Basic knowledge of diamond grading/jewellery terminology (training provided).
• Eye for visual presentation and attention to detail.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
• Languages: English.
