Sales Coordinator – Polymer Distribution

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers for order processing, dispatch planning, and delivery follow-ups
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Support the sales team with quotations, order entries, invoices, and sample dispatches
• Prepare sales MIS reports, stock status updates, and customer outstanding summaries
• Maintain customer databases, order records, and follow-up schedules
• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment reconciliation and credit notes

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Science
• 4+ years of experience in sales coordination or back-office support (preferably in polymers,chemicals, or industrial products)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally (or any ERP)
• Strong Communication skills and customer centric attitude.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and follow through deadlines.
