Retail Staff

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff to join The Organic World store team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in retail sales, supermarkets, grocery stores, or FMCG outlets and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist them with product selection.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly displayed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
• Handle billing and POS operations when required.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock checks.
• Assist customers with product information, offers, and promotions.
• Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in retail, supermarket, grocery, or FMCG stores.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per store requirements.
• Physically fit to handle stocking and store operations.
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
• Preferred QualificationsPUC/12th Pass or Graduate.
• Experience in organic food, grocery, or supermarket retail is an added advantage.
