Hiring For Business development intern
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
🕒 Working Days: 6 days/week, rotational weekeoffs
⏰ Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11 AM to 8:30 PM
💼 Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)
📅 Contract Duration: 6 Months, Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance
Key Responsibilities
Make 60+ outbound calls daily to prospective business leads
Introduce Instawork’s platform and explain its value proposition to business owners and decision-makers
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, or Hindi)
Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence
Compensation & Benefits
Earn upto ₹50,000 per month.
💰 Base Stipend: ₹25,000 per month
🎯 Performance Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month based on target achievement
