• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Ensure products are properly stocked, displayed, and replenished on shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
• Handle billing, POS operations, and cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor product expiry dates and promptly remove expired or damaged items.
• Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and receiving deliveries.
• Ensure correct pricing and promotional displays are maintained.
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
• Follow all store policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of retail store operations.
• Ability to work in shifts and weekends.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of billing and POS systems.
• QualificationPUC / Any Graduate.
• 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Retail, Supermarket, Grocery, FMCG, or Customer Service.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in Supermarkets, Department Stores, Hypermarkets, or Grocery Retail.
• Strong customer handling and selling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
