Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, quality, pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain good product presentation and ensure the sales floor is organized.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Assist customers with product selection, trials, and billing when required.
• Maintain product displays and ensure adequate stock availability on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with the store and stock team for product replenishment.
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and store procedures.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year in retail sales preferred; Freshers can apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and confident attitude.
• Good convincing and selling skills.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.
• Previous experience in apparel/fashion retail is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and professional.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
