Real Estate Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle Meta, Google, and property portal leads provided by the company.
• Make fresh and follow-up calls, including cold calling, to potential buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
• Explain project details, configurations, pricing, offers, and USPs to clients.
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until closure.
• Coordinate with builders and internal teams for site visits, negotiations, and closure
• Build strong client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up updates in CRM/Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Experience with reputed channel partners, or real estate advisory companies preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate market and major locations.
• Proven experience in lead conversion and site visit generation.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
• Candidates with proven sales closures and achievements will be preferred.
