Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Customer Service & Guest Handling: Greet incoming guests politely. Guide them through the menu, describe bakery items, cakes, and signature brownies, and address any product questions or food allergy concerns. [1]
• Order Processing & Upselling: Take accurate orders at the counter or via online channel partners. Proactively upsell promotional deals, beverages, and combo offers to maximize daily store targets. [1, 2, 3]
• Billing & POS Operations: Manage cash and digital billing systems using the point-of-sale terminal. Handle cash collections and balance payments accurately. [1, 2]
• Product Display & Counter Presentation: Maintain proper visual displays of cakes, pastries, and breads. Keep food counters well-stocked and ensure all items are labeled correctly. [1, 2]
• Packaging & Standards: Neatly pack cakes, pastries, and chocolates according to brand guidelines and hand them over to walk-in clients or delivery partners. [1, 2]
• Hygiene & SOP Compliance: Keep the food counter, kitchenware, and guest areas thoroughly clean and sanitized. Adhere strictly to company standard operating procedures (SOPs), food safety regulations, and cleanliness standards. [1, 2]
• Inventory & Log Support: Help the shift manager track stock availability, flag items running low, minimize food wastage, and participate in regular inventory counts
