💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 Per Month (Depending on Interview)

📌 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage restaurant partnerships for Flipkart's food delivery platform, Eat In, powered by the ONDC Network.

The selected candidate will manage restaurant accounts, ensure smooth platform operations, resolve partner issues and drive restaurant engagement and order fulfilment.

📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners and handle day-to-day account operations.

• Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers.

• Regularly contact restaurants to check order readiness and operational status.

• Resolve menu, pricing, catalogue and order acceptance issues.

• Visit restaurant outlets for operational support and troubleshooting.

• Reactivate inactive and unresponsive restaurant partners.

• Coordinate with Flipkart, ONDC and network partner teams to resolve issues.

• Monitor order acceptance, cancellations, downtime and restaurant ratings.

• Train restaurant partners on dashboard, menu updates and platform features.

• Maintain daily visit reports, call logs and account performance trackers.

📋 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3+ years of experience in Account Management, Field Sales or Partner Servicing.

• Experience in Food Delivery, FMCG, Retail or B2B Platforms preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Excellent follow-up, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable with frequent intra-city field visits.

• Basic knowledge of mobile apps, dashboards and troubleshooting.

• Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
