Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team for a period of 3 to 6 months. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end talent acquisition process across technology, operations, and business functions. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to source talent, coordinate interviews, and deliver a smooth candidate experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Talent Pipeline: Active sourcing of potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), campus drives, and employee referrals.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes against job requirements and conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interview loops between candidates and internal hiring teams, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
• Database Management: Maintain and update applicant data on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track hiring metrics.
• Candidate Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, responding to queries promptly and keeping them engaged.
• Special Projects: Support the Talent Acquisition team with campus recruitment initiatives, employer branding campaigns, and market talent research.
• Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: MBA graduates or students currently pursuing an MBA (specialization in HR, Human Resource Management, or related fields preferred).
• Language Proficiency: Strong command over both English and Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Compensation & BenefitsStipend: ₹15,000 per month.
• Practical exposure to full-cycle talent acquisition within a fast-growing Fintech / NBFC environment.
