Job Description

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various positions, especially Collection and Telecalling profiles.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Job Hai, referrals, and job fairs.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with Team Leaders, Managers, and other hiring teams.
  • Handle salary discussions and negotiations with selected candidates.
  • Prepare and release offers/LOIs and follow up with candidates until joining.
  • Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.

  • Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, salary, PF, policies, and other HR matters.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
  • Assist with payroll inputs related to attendance, leave, new joiners, and exits.
  • Conduct exit formalities and support exit interviews.
