Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong Construction / Project Managers to lead the execution and supervision of CIVIL or Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works for Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within quality standards.

Education: BE / BTech - CIVIL / ELECTRICAL / MECHANICAL

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise complete execution of MEP works at Project Sites.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings before execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, project schedule, and quality standards.
• Monitor HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, Plumbing, and BMS installations.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
• Plan manpower, material requirements, and equipment deployment.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of MEP materials.
• Verify measurements and contractor bills.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag closure, and project handover.
• Maintain project documentation, RFIs, inspection records, and as-built drawings.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Electrical LT distribution, lighting, UPS & DG synchronization.
• Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems.
• Plumbing & Drainage systems.
• ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Data & Voice).
• Building Management System (BMS).
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, and billing.
• Understanding of IS Codes, NBC, and relevant MEP standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project/Primavera) is an added advantage.

Qualification:

• BE / BTech in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 4 to 10 years of Relevant Experience in Execution for Commercial Interior Fit-Out or Workplace projects either in C&I (Civil and Interior) or with MEP category
