Construction / Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Construction / Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. The candidate will coordinate with workers, contractors, and engineers while monitoring site progress and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.

Coordinate and allocate work to workers and contractors.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Check construction work for quality and compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams.

Ensure proper use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Monitor site safety practices and maintain a safe working environment.

Identify and resolve basic site-related issues and delays.

Maintain daily site reports, work records, and material requirements.

Ensure the site is clean, organized, and properly managed.

Requirements:

Graduate qualification required.

BE/B.Tech preferred.

Basic English communication skills.

Minimum 1 year of experience in construction/site supervision.

Good knowledge of construction activities and site operations.

Strong coordination and team-management skills.

Ability to monitor work progress and handle site responsibilities.

Shift: Day, Full Time

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
