Site Civil Engineer

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.

- Execute civil works as per approved architectural and structural drawings.

- Read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, and service drawings.

- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and other construction activities.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, project managers, subcontractors and vendors.

- Manage and monitor site manpower and labour productivity.

- Ensure proper utilization and availability of construction materials at site.

- Prepare material requirements and coordinate with the stores/procurement team.

- Monitor work progress against daily, weekly and monthly targets.

- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and site records.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Ensure construction work meets required quality standards.

- Conduct regular quality checks before and during execution.

- Ensure proper safety practices and PPE compliance at the site.

- Monitor subcontractor work and ensure execution as per company requirements.

- Check measurements of completed work for billing and quantity verification.

- Maintain site documentation, drawings, checklists, measurements and work records.

- Coordinate inspections and approvals with clients/consultants.

- Report delays, material shortages, technical issues and other site concerns to the Project Manager.

- Ensure the project is completed within the planned timeline and quality requirements.
