Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Procure electrical, plumbing, civil and interior project materials as per requirements.
- Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs) after receiving approved sales orders and material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Follow up with vendors for pending orders and invoices.
- Maintain vendor details, purchase records and documentation.
- Verify material specifications, quantities and quality before confirming orders.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil or interior materials is preferred.
- Good negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase orders and meet deadlines.
