Job Description
- Team Management & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outbound or field collection executives, conducting regular performance reviews and one-on-one coaching.
- Target & Metric Monitoring: Track daily/monthly collection metrics (such as bucket-wise DPD [Days Past Due], recovery rates, AHT [Average Handle Time], and line utilization) to ensure team and individual targets are consistently achieved.
- Escalation & Dispute Handling: Manage complex or escalated customer complaints, uncooperative debtor issues, and settlement negotiations with tact and empathy.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Monitor calls, review account records, and ensure all collection practices strictly follow company policies and local regulatory guidelines (such as RBI or local consumer credit laws).
- Agency & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with third-party collection agencies, field teams, or legal departments to manage delinquent portfolios and hard-bucket or written-off accounts.
- Reporting & MIS: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and analyze collection trends for senior management.
