About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage the day-to-day operational side of procurement for our construction projects. You'll be the person vendors talk to for quotes, the one who keeps purchase orders and billing organized, and the one who hands the Senior Procurement Manager a clear, well-organized picture so they can make fast, informed sourcing decisions. This is not a final-decision-authority role — it's the backbone that makes good decisions possible.

Reports ToSenior Procurement Manager

• Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to multiple vendors for quotes on materials and services, and follow up until quotes are received
• Prepare clear, side-by-side quote comparison sheets for management review
• Raise, track, and follow up on purchase orders through to fulfillment
• Monitor vendor billing and invoicing status, flagging discrepancies or delays
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date database of vendor contacts, pricing history, and past order records
• Coordinate with site teams to confirm material requirements and delivery timelines
• Support the Senior Procurement Manager with any data or documentation needed for sourcing decisions
• Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor coordination (construction industry preferred)
• Strong Excel skills — comfortable building comparison sheets and tracking trackers
• Good communication skills to negotiate basic terms and get timely quotes from vendors
• High attention to detail, especially around purchase orders and billing accuracy
• Strong follow-up discipline — able to chase multiple open items without things slipping
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in commerce, engineering, or supply chain is a plus
• Preferred (Nice to Have)Existing relationships with local Bangalore material vendors and suppliers
• Prior experience in a construction or infrastructure company
• Familiarity with basic ERP or procurement tracking software

Compensation₹4–5 LPA, based on experience and vendor network strength. Reflective of current Bangalore market rates for a coordination-focused procurement role at the 2–5 year experience level.
