Role Overview :

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide excellent customer service, coordinate with internal teams, and support day-to-day customer operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer queries through phone, email, and live chat

• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Assist with order processing and day-to-day operational activities

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requests and issue resolution

• Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience

• Act as the Voice of the Customer and share feedback for process/product improvements

• Maintain customer databases and update daily reports

Candidate Requirements :

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role

• Experience in consumer-facing companies/startups preferred

• Excellent English communication – verbal and written

• Good knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel

• Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage

• Strong customer service, coordination, and problem-solving skills
