Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Pre-Sales Associate to manage and convert inbound leads. The role involves engaging with customers through calls, chats, and CRM, understanding their requirements, and encouraging them to visit Material Depot's Experience Centers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads through calls, chats, and CRM.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the value of visiting the Experience Center.
• Convert potential customers into Experience Center visits.
• Qualify leads and hand them over to the Sales/Retail team.
• Achieve a monthly target of 80–100 customer visits.
• Maintain accurate and updated lead information in CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales and Retail teams for smooth lead handover and conversion.
• Candidate ProfileStrong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and guide them effectively.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
