Petrol Pump Executive

Job Purpose:

To provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and ensure safe and efficient operations at the fuel station.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to customers courteously and dispense fuel accurately.

Promote and sell fuels, lubricants, Deli2Go products, and ongoing promotions to achieve sales targets.

Handle cash and digital transactions accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the forecourt and customer areas.

Follow all HSSE/BSS standards and emergency procedures.

Report incidents, unsafe acts, and equipment issues promptly.

Complete assigned operational checklists and support smooth shift operations.
