Job Description
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and explain the job profile.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle client requirements and understand manpower needs.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates.
- Ensure candidates join on the committed date.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- 🎧 Customer Support Executive – Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls, queries, and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Resolve customer issues within the required timeline.
- Follow up with customers for pending queries or requests.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
- Handle emails, chats, or other customer communication channels.
- Follow company policies and service standards.
- Achieve assigned customer support and performance targets.
