Job Description
Accounts & Administration
We are looking for a Backend Office Executive to handle Accounts, Administration and day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and administrative activities
- Knowledge of Tally and basic accounting
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Handle email correspondence with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Update and maintain records in SFDC
- Coordinate with Sales, Service and Accounts teams
- Follow up on payments, documents and orders
- Maintain proper documentation and records
Required Skills:
- Good communication and email drafting skills
- Proficiency in Tally & Excel
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in accounts/back-office administration preferred
