Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field sales, telecalling, referrals, and customer visits.
  • Promote loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Vehicle Loans.
  • Identify prospective customers and understand their financial needs.
  • Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, processing fees, and documentation requirements.
  • Collect and verify customer documents, including KYC and income proofs.
  • Assist customers with loan applications and coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams.
  • Follow up on applications to ensure timely processing and disbursement.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for loan sourcing and disbursement.
  • Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, lead reports, and customer follow-up details.
  • Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in banking sales, loan sales, financial services, or customer acquisition. Freshers may be considered for entry-level roles.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of loan products, customer handling, and basic financial calculations.
  • Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for field sales, where required.
