Job Description

We have opening for a Team Lead - Sales in JP Nagar, Bangalore.


Eligibility:

- Good CIBIL score 720+

- At least 1 year of experience in team handling


Communication:

- Strong spoken communication in English, Hindi and the local languages (Kannada and Telugu) (Hindi - Mandatory)


Domain Experience

- Understanding of payday and short-term personal loans (MUST HAVE)

- Knowledge of the lead-to-disbursal funnel


Skills:

- MIS reporting in Excel or Google Sheets

- Setting daily, weekly and monthly targets and tracking them

- Coaching agents through call listening, feedback and role-play

- Motivating the team and handling attrition
