Job Summary:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage major e-commerce marketplace accounts, drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and maximize business opportunities across online retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, Blinkit, and Zepto.
• Develop account strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market-share targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners.
• Monitor sales, product availability, pricing, and inventory.
• Plan and execute promotional and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketplace partners for marketing initiatives.
• Optimize product listings, content, images, keywords, and catalog quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility, sales, and conversion rates.
• Track account performance and take corrective actions when required.

Required Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce/key account management.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet business targets.
