Junior Accountant

Position: Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records, invoices, receipts, payments and expenses.

Handle cash, bank and petty cash entries and ensure proper documentation.

Assist with accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliation.

Verify bills, vouchers and supporting documents before processing.

Maintain accurate records in accounting software and Excel.

Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory documentation.

Support monthly closing, reports and basic financial statements.

Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal teams for account-related queries.

Ensure timely filing and proper maintenance of all accounting documents.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

B.Com qualification.

0–2 years of experience in accounting; freshers with good knowledge may also apply.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.

Knowledge of Tally/ERP and GST will be an added advantage.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Good communication and coordination skills.
