Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Supervision: Guide, mentor, and motivate support agents to meet daily targets.
  • Performance Coaching: Conduct regular 1-on-1s and monitor tickets/calls to provide actionable feedback.
  • Queue Management: Oversee daily workloads, shift coverage, and SLA adherence across channels.
  • Escalation Handling: Resolve complex or high-priority customer complaints directly.
  • Metric Tracking: Monitor team performance metrics, including CSAT, First Contact Resolution (FCR), and handling times.
