About the Role

We are looking for motivated, target-driven B2B/ IT Sales professionals to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Candidates with prior IT Sales experience will be preferred. However, professionals with strong B2B sales experience in other industries, along with excellent communication, lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills, are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Identify and connect with potential clients, HR professionals, decision-makers, and key business stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and present relevant products or services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to client engagement and deal closure.
• Conduct client presentations, sales meetings, and business discussions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain an accurate, updated sales pipeline.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive successful deal closures.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior IT Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates with proven B2B Sales experience in other industries are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client management, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, client follow-ups, and sales closure.
• A target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach.
• Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Willingness to learn about IT products and services.
• Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with a stable employment history, consistent sales performance, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in B2B Sales or IT Sales.

Candidates with IT Sales experience will be given preference. However, individuals with strong B2B Sales experience from other industries, a proven track record of achieving targets, and excellent client-handling skills are also encouraged to apply.
