Job Description
The Product Executive is the backbone of the in-store sales journey. From understanding the client’s need to finalizing the sale, this role follows our LPPP Process: Listen – Pick – Present – Process. You will work hand-in-hand with stylists to ensure that every client finds the perfect outfit, delivered with care, speed, and clarity.
KRA (KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS)
Listen - Understand client’s occasion, budget, and preferences.
Pick - Select appropriate outfits that match client’s needs.
Present - Display products neatly, explain fabrics, and highlight features.
Process - Support trial, fitting, billing, and after-sales flow.
Store Management - Maintain racks, folding, steaming, and stock quality daily.
Client Experience - Provide respectful, fast, and helpful service at every step.
KPIS (PERFORMANCE INDICATORS)
-Client satisfaction score (via feedback)
-Accuracy in product selection & presentation
-Cleanliness and readiness of racks
-Daily task completion rate (LPPP flow)
-Product parity knowledge (fabric, category, range)
