IT Assistant Manager

Job Title: IT Lead/Asst Manager

Job Responsibilities

·      Analysing existing VoIP networks and Troubleshooting VoIP network issues.

·      Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including LAN,WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.

·      Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, routers, wireless access points, and other network devices.

·      Monitoring of call system (Genesys platform) = servers, applications, call routing and network traffic; Maintaining and testing of proposed changes in Genesys environment;

·      Install, configure, and administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Server.

·      Provide hardware, software, and technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications.

·      Monitor and ensure stable network performance and minimize downtime.

·      Configure and maintain antivirus, endpoint security, and user access policies.

·      Perform system backups, data recovery, firmware upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

·      Troubleshoot network, server, hardware, and software issues and coordinate with vendors when required.

·      Maintain IT assets, documentation, and standard operating procedures.

• Manage complex & large projects for improving existing IT infrastructure and operations
• Conceptualize and execute IT projects for new technologies and upgrading existing technology to improve service offerings to customers
• Manage procurement of IT Infrastructure, software & Services - Routers, switches, Firewalls, network monitoring tools/devices, Access control systems, office surveillance systems etc.
• Manage & procurement of leased line circuits, bandwidth upgradation, billing, invoicing etc.
• Manage IT service offerings to co-working customers including IT customizations, network equipment - provision, support and troubleshooting, billing and invoicing
• Lead technical teams across multiple locations - performance management, appraisals, hiring, training etc.
• Create and implement SOPs for all aspects of IT operations - procurement, equipment maintenance, monitoring of networks, reports etc.

Required Skills

·      4+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or System & Network Administration.

·      Good knowledge in VOIP services and Call centre system.

·      Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SBC and File Server.

·      Hands-on experience with firewalls (Fortinet), managed switches, routers, and wireless access points.

·      Good understanding of network troubleshooting, VPN, and internet connectivity.

·      Knowledge of endpoint security, backup, and IT security best practices.

·      Strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

[Preferred]:

·      Working experience in call centers, Experience in call center network setup is preferred.
