💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (up to, based on experience, communication skills and interview performance)

• 🎯 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professional communication.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards.
• ✅ Eligibility CriteriaQualification: PUC / 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Must be comfortable working in international voice processes.
• Must be flexible to work night shifts and rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• 🕒 Work ScheduleWorking Days: 5 days a week.
• Week Offs: 2 rotational offs.
• Shift: Night shifts / rotational shifts.
• 🚖 Cab FacilityTwo-way cab facility available for selected processes.
• One-way cab facility available for selected processes.
• Cab eligibility depends on the process and company transportation policy.
• 💰 Salary & BenefitsFreshers: Starting from ₹20,000 per month.
• Experienced Candidates: Salary up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and process.
