Senior Sales Executive
Field Sales & Business Development — Construction Equipment
Location Hyderabad (Telangana) & Tamil Nadu
Compensation Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 40,000 per month, based on relevant experience
Incentives Target-based incentives, in addition to fixed salary
Allowances Petrol and travel allowance reimbursed
Must-have Two-wheeler with valid driving license
Languages Good communication in Hindi, English and the regional language

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive field sales and business development for our
construction equipment across Hyderabad and Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate has strong
sales/marketing experience in the building materials and construction equipment industry, is comfortable
traveling extensively to potential customer sites, and is confident negotiating and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
l Visit potential customer sites across the assigned territory to identify requirements
l Generate leads and enquiries through site visits, networking and market outreach
l Sell IRI's range of construction equipment to builders, contractors and site owners
l Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales
l Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
l Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in the territory
Candidate Requirements
l Prior sales/marketing experience in building materials or construction equipment strongly preferred
l Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and the relevant regional language
l Approachable, self-driven, and comfortable with extensive field travel
l Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license
l Any graduate degree
Compensation & Benefits
l Salary of Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 40,000 per month, based on relevant experience
l Target-based incentives on top of fixed salary
l Petrol and travel allowance reimbursed
