Roles & Responsibilities

• Manages the recruitment process using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
• Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
• Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
• Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation.
• Highly self-motivated person/team worker.
• Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
• Proactive, Team Player, requires good co-ordination capabilities.
• Providing Statutory benefits for the employee such as (ESI, PF, TDS, Minimum wages) adhering to the new labor laws.
