Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and performance concerns.
- Manage employee joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Coordinate Full & Final Settlement (F&F) and relieving/experience letters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Develop and implement HR policies and company procedures.
- Monitor employee performance, probation, and confirmation.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to manpower, attendance, attrition, recruitment, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company HR policies.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and HR meetings.
- Supervise and guide junior HR team members.
