🚀 WE ARE HIRING – HR RECRUITER / TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE📍 Location: RT Nagar, Bengaluru
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Experience: 6 Months+ Freshers with excellent communication
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – 20000, Incentives 10000 to 40000
- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Sales, Customer Support and volume hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and calling.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and joining formalities.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- ✅ What We’re Looking ForMinimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Experience in BPO / Volume Hiring / Blue-Collar recruitment is preferred.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
