Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for coaches, sales, admin, and other positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, colleges, staffing agencies, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Maintain candidate and employee records.
  • Coordinate the joining and onboarding process.
  • Handle general office coordination and administrative tasks when required.
