About the Role:

We're looking for an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.


Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment as per project/client requirements.
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media & references
  • Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Follow up & close offers
  • Handle onboarding documentation

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic MS Excel/Word knowledge
  • Prior recruitment experience
  • Strong knowledge of profile search on job portals.
  • Good exposure to job posting platforms like Apna, Indeed, Jobhai, Naukri, LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of social hiring will be an added advantage.
